Tsinghua University has put forward a new talent cultivation strategic planning and implementation schemes for the second phase of Project 985. this new project plan is formed on the basis of Tsinghua’s institutional missions, its strategic objective to strive towards the world-class university, and its overarching talent cultivation goals. After four years’ implementation, this new project plan proved to be effective in strengthening talent cultivation system in innovative research university.
