中文摘要 本文以实证调查资料为依据,从中观的大学体制结构和大学教师内隐性社会角色冲突出发,对引起大学教师心理压力和困惑的因素及其结构性特征进行分析。统计结果表明:大学体制结构的反向趋势是引起大学教师心理压力和困惑的最主要因素:作为大学体制内在的基本机制的晋升制度是造成大学教师心理压力与困惑的最主要原因:”知识分子的良心”与”面对市场经济的物质诱或”之间的矛盾,这一当代大学教师内隐性角色冲突带来的心理压力和困惑程度也较高。文章同时认为,中心区位因素是大学教师心理压力和困或个体差异的主要来源,而生态区位因素则是大学教师这一群体心理压力和困惑的主要来源。
英文摘要 Based on some survey analysis, this article analyzes the causal factors of academicians’ mental pressure and puzzlement, as well as the structural characteristics of these factors. It is from two middle range angles:one is system and structure of the university and the other is academicians’    subtle social role conflict. And our research shows that it’s the negative trend of system and structure of the university that is the essential factor to cause academicians’ mental pressure and puzzlement;the academic promotion system with its primary status in the university system is the main reason to cause academicians’ mental pressure and puzzlement;the contradiction between “intellectual’s conscience” and “material attraction of the Market Economy”, which is the very subtle social role conflict of academicians, leads to a correspondingly high level of mental pressure and puzzlement.
