本文通过对湖南株洲地区部分初中的学校文化、教师素质、学生参与、课程资源、 外部支持等五个方面的调查，发现城市与乡镇学校在实施新课程改革的过程中，在上述五个方 面存在;f艮大差异，进而分析差异存在的原因，并提出了相应的对策。

Investigated into five aspects, such as school culture，teacher qualification, student participation, curriculum resources, external support, this paper finds out that there is enormous gap to be bridged between the rural and urban new curriculum, analyzes the causes of the difference, and proposes suggestion accordingly.
