By using theories and methods of ecology for reference, this essay conducts research on phenomena of classroom teaching and clearly defines that, classroom teaching is the best link, among all the teaching activities, to demonstrate scientificalness and humanism, effective classroom teaching must emphasize the guidance of teachers’ personality power, and teachers should do a good job of communicating and exchanging ideas with students and thus to achieve a harmonious teacher-student relationship. In the whole process of classroom teaching, teachers do need to have the proper orientation of their roles, and they have to learn to introspect.
