The demands of student’s development are the core values of class construction, the center for the design and organization of class activities. There are three stages in the design of class activities：focusing on problems； confirming aims； forming activities. In order to promote the students’ growth and development, we should pay attention to the values education of class activities, to the roles of teachers and students in these activities.
