中文摘要 本文以全国性高校毕业生调查为基础,以父亲的职业地位和受教育程度作为衡量家庭背景的指针,分析了家庭背景对子女高考成绩、就读院校、毕业去向、就业收入等的影响,发现我国不同家庭背景子女接受高等教育的机会及受教育结果均有明显差异。文章还进一歩分析了这种影响发生的机制。
英文摘要 Based on a national graduate survey and using father’s occupation and education situation as the indicators of students’ family social economic status(SES), this article analyzes the impacts of SES on students in the following aspects:the scores in the National College Entrance Examination;the level and types of higher education institutions they studies in;the employment after graduation, and the income when they got jobs. It was found that there were substantial disparities among different SES students in both the higher education opportunities and its outcomes in current China. This article also probed into the mechanism of how those impacts happened.
