中文摘要 求新、求變、求生存是未來學校的重要特質。易言之,要提升教育品質,學校組織創新是當前教育改革中的重要一環。而學校組織創新又與其知識能否有效流通有關,倘若在創新的過程中知識的流通出現許多障礙,如教師間彼此不願意共享知識或對資訊科技有所排斥時,便會產生知識管理的缺口,妨礙校務發展,進而影響學校的經營績效。本研究發展出知識管理缺口架構,基於文獻探討以及參與觀察,將執行知識管理活動時會出現的缺口分為六類,並討論其與學校組織創新之間的關係。而此架構亦能協助學校執行知識管理,減少不適切的因素,並找出有效弭平知識管理缺口,提升學校組織創新之策略性思維。
英文摘要 The important characteristics of future school are seeking innovation, change, and existence. In other words, Organizational innovation is an important link to improve education quality in the present educational reform. Organizational innovation is related to the effective flow of Knowledge. If the flow appears some obstacles, like teachers are unwilling to share knowledge with each other or reject information technology, it will cause knowledge management gaps to prevent the development of school affairs and affect school's operation performance. Through literature reviewing, and participating and observing method, this study develops knowledge management gaps model. This paper identifies six gaps in the implementation of knowledge management and discusses the relation with organizational innovation. This framework offers schools ways to implement knowledge management and reduce the misfit. Further, the knowledge management gaps are reduced effectively, and the organizational innovation's strategic thinking is offered.
