随着英语的全球化和在全球范围内的传播与发展，英语作为一门交流工具，在世界范围内的使用越来越普遍。不同国家出现的英语变体，也在各个变体使用的范围内，得到了发展并发挥着自身的交流作用。新加坡的电影《小孩不笨》，很好的反映了新加坡的多语制社会和英语在新加坡的使用现状。加之英语的全球化给我国的英语教学提出了新的要求，文章以电影中的人物对话作为研究对象，根据“世界英语”理论，从形态句法学的角度，分析新加坡的英语变体的同时，也为我国英语教育的发展与改革给出了新的启示。

With the globalization and the development of the English language around the world, English, as a communicating tool, has been used more and more widely around the world. Different varieties of English have also been playing significant roles for communication in different speaking communities. A film called I Not Stupid shows an example of the English variety in Singapore, which reflects the multilingualism and the status quo of the use of English in Singapore. This paper analyzes the variety of English in Singapore from a perspective of morphosyntax and explains the developments and reforms of English teaching in China according to the theory of“World Englishes” and the reality of the development of English.
