中文摘要 本研究旨在整合客觀的能力與主觀的動機影響因素,探討幼兒教師的實用智能、目標導向、自我效能及其對工作表現之影響,研究者抽取高高屏地區370名幼兒教師,進行個別問卷調查來蒐集實證資料,藉由逐步多元迴歸、階層式多元迴歸以及結構方程模式的徑路分析來分析資料。統計分析結果顯示,幼兒教師實用智能顯著正向影響其工作表現,透過自我效能居中調節也可顯著影響其工作表現,而目標導向則只能透過自我效能中介來顯著正向影響其工作表現。根基此一研究發現,研究者對未來研究提供相關建議。
英文摘要 This study was aimed at exploring the influence of practical intelligence, goal orientation and self-efficacy on preschool teachers' job performance. Face to face questionnaire survey was conducted with 370 preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung County and Pingtung County. All collected empirical data were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regressions and structural equation modeling. The findings in the research showed shown that practical intelligence was positively related to job performance. Self-efficacy was positively related to job performance in combination with practical intelligence and goal orientation. Based on the findings, suggestions for future study was included in this study.
