Recently the expansion of those university students in their tuition debt has become a hot concern in public. This paper makes an analysis of the phenomenon and puts forward some relevant suggestions from various respects such as the cost of higher education, government investment, confirmation of impoverished students, social morality, employment situation and moral education.
