英文摘要 BC' s Ministry of Education promulgated the latest "Education Plan" in November of 2011, which established personalized learning model for every student, offered quality teaching and learning, made learning become more flexible and selective, set high standards for students' learning outcomes and learning empowered by technology. These five elements of the reform measures are on the basis of advantages of the previous education system, aiming at achieving flexible, adaptable and excellent in teaching objectives. The promulgation of the "education plan" reflects new development and the new trends of the basic education reform in the future, and has a profound impact on basic education in the BC, at the same time, it can provide a strong reference for basic education development in our country.
