中文摘要 本研究采用调查法对山西省中等职业学校的497名在岗教师进行了工作满意度现状的调查研究。研究结果表明,山西省中职教师在同事和工作本身2个指针上具有较高的满意度水平。进一歩的统计分析显示,专业课教师在晋升满意度上表现最低,公共(基础)课教师在操作程指针上满意度最高,在工作本身指针上满意度最低,技能(实习)课教师的奖励指针上满意度水平最低;高级职称教师在报酬、利益、操作程序指针上表现最好,而在同事、工作本身和交际指针上满意水平最低;40─49岁年龄段的教师在奖励和操作程序指针上满意度最高。
英文摘要 This study is to use scale to investigate teachers’ job satisfaction of vocational middleschools in Shanxi province. Descriptive statistics demonstrate that teachers of vocational middle schools in Shanxi province have higher percentage of satisfaction on colleague and job itself. Difference tests show that:(1)The satisfaction of specialized teachers is the lowest on promotion. The satisfaction of public(foundation)teachers is the highest on operating procedures, but they get the lowest scores on job itself. Craft(practice)teachers get the lowest scores on award satisfaction:(2)The satisfaction of teachers with senior professional title is the highest on payment, benefiting and operating procedures. On the contrary, they get the lowest scores on colleague, job and sociality satisfaction;(3)Teachers of age from 40─49 get the highest scores on award and operating procedure satisfaction.
