中文摘要 我国的教师资格认定管理工作任务繁重,渉及面广,政策性强,信息化建设将促进教师资格认定管理工作的科学化、规范化和标准,同时对教师资格制度的完善也将发极其重要的作用。目前,我国教师资格认定管理的信息化建设需要在信息化规划、信息安全、人才队伍、信息化标准、风险管理等方面做进一歩的努力,以保证教师资格制度的顺利实施。
英文摘要 The management of teacher’s qualification is a heavy task, which covers a wide field and has a strong policy consideration. Informationalization will promote the management of the qualification system more scientific, normative and standardized. At the same time, it will take great effect for perfecting the qualification systems for teachers. Presently, in order to guarantee the smooth practice of qualification system for teachers, the construction of informationalization of teacher qualification management need further efforts in such aspects as informationlization planning, information safety, talents, informationlization standards, risk management, and so on.
