中文摘要 目前教师继续教育成本效益分析的实证研究非常缺乏,关于成本方面的研究也多以定性研究为主,有些研究在可信度、效度、研究方法以及样本的抽取等方面都存在问题。本文以对教师继续教育机构成本的理论分析为基础,试图设计出一套教师继续教育机构的成本指标体系,并以上海市某教师进修学院为例,对该体系的具体运用进行了实证分析。
英文摘要 At present the empirical researches on the cost-benefit analysis of teacher continuing education are lack extremely, study on cost also belongs qualitative investigation primarily, some researches have the problem about the validity, the reliability ,the technique as well as the sample. This paper takes to the analysis of teacher continuing education institution’s cost theory as a foundation, attempts to design a set of teacher continuing education institution’s cost indicators system, and carries empirical research by one teacher education institute in Shanghai as the example and analyzes indicators system’s concrete utilization.
