新加坡的教育投资政策在其制定和实施过程中体现出其独特性;从宏观方面看具有投资力度大以及执行力、延续性、应变性强等特点;微观方面具有管理严密、使用效益高以及分配合理等特点;不仅如此，新加坡政府还通过立法等其它措施来保障教育投资政策的有效贯彻和实施这些特点也是新加坡教育投资取得良好成效的原因。

| 英文摘要 |
Singapore’s educational investment policies reflect their uniqueness in the process of their formation and implementation. AT the macro level, they present the features of intensity of investment, strong execution, continuity and contingency. At the micro level, they are characterized of rigorous management, efficiency, and reasonable allocation. Moreover the government of Singapore has adopted legislation and other measures to protect investment in education and the effective implementation of policy. These features are also the reasons of achieving better effectiveness.
