为了提高交通运筹学教学质量，培养和锻炼学生运用运筹学理论解决交通运输领域优化问题的能力，在交通运筹学教学过程中，按照发展性教育理论的体系要求，采用集体教学、小组学习和个别辅导相结合的多维教学模式，创造学生的“最近发展区”，教学过程中增加互动环节和计算机辅助教学内容。结果表明，学生的学习效果得到了提高，教学与发展互相促进。

| 英文摘要 |
In order to improve teaching quality of traffic operational research, train students applying operational research to solve issues in traffic transportation, collective teaching, group studying and individual tutorship were employed in teaching course according to theory of teaching featuring development. Teaching course emphasized“latest developing area”of students, increased commutative response and teaching assistant multimedia. Evaluating results show that the teaching means improve studying effect, promote teaching and development.
