本文首先通過招生來源比例這一指標來分析我國高等教育升學機會省間差異的現狀，並運用多變量線性回歸分析方法對升學機會省間差異產生的原因進行了定量分析。其次，對造成我國高等教育升學機會省間差異的主要原因之一的新生來源計劃制度的利弊進行了分析。最後從教育社會學的角度對我國現行的之高考招生制度及其改革進行了探討。

The article analyses the differences in opportunities for accessing higher education among Chinese provinces, the advantages and disadvantages of province─based enrollment quota system, then higher education recruitment system and its reforms from the perspective of educational sociology.
