英文摘要 |
Now, it is a turning trend for primary education reform from test-based education to quality education. However, to make the goal that change teacher from experienced-type to scientific researcher come true is the basic need to promoting quantity education, improving the quality of teaching, and to cultivate the modernized talent person in 21 century. The following paper will discuss the factors that restrict the country teacher’s change from [experienced-typed] to [scientific researcher-typed] and I will try to offer some strategies.
