When it comes to ［three-dimensional］ curriculum objectives, ［knowledge and ability］ is the fundamental goal of Chinese curriculum. ［Process and methods］ is the means to an end achieving ［knowledge and capability］； ［emotional attitudes and values］ is the impetus to achieve the goal of ［knowledge and ability］. Chinese Quality at every stage is obtained by blending the above-mentioned of curriculum objectives and four skills and further improved on the base of last stage, which has strong vitality and endless development.
