中文摘要 本研究嘗試分析組織政治知覺的構面,並以組織政治知覺來區隔幼兒教師族群,探討私立幼兒教師組織政治知覺與其工作投入的關係。研究者以問卷調查高屏地區240名幼稚園、托兒所幼兒教師的基本資料,及其對組織政治、工作投入的認知與自陳。回收有效問卷120份,所得資料進行因素分析、集群分析、變異數分析以及徑路分析。統計分析結果發現幼兒教師組織政治知覺包括主管自利行為、同事自利行為、小團體自利行為以及團體政治行為知覺三個集群,不同集群幼兒教師工作投入程度不同,幼兒教師組織政治知覺對於工作投入有顯著負向影響。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study was to explore relationship between preschool teachers’ perceptions of organizational politics(POP)and job involvement. A questionnaire was conducted with preschool teachers for collecting data on their job involvement and POP scales to classify their POP styles. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, path analysis were used to analyzed these data. The result of factor analysis shows that POP including four dimensions:self-serving behavior of supervisor, self-serving behavior of coworker, self-serving behavior of cliques, avoiding action. Based on these dimensions, the cluster analysis on POP scales divides subjects into the following 3 sub-groups:perceptions of passive organizational political behavior, perceptions of individual political behavior, perceptions of small group political behavior. Finally, research confirms that there was a negative correlation between POP and job involvement.
