中文摘要 教师是人类文明的传承者、创造者和传播者,在学生成长方面,其作用至关重要。教师对学生的影响主要通过自身的人格力量,其人格层次决定了学生发展产生作用的积极程度。教师的群体人格具有特定内涵与德育功能,并且将随着时代进歩不断赋以新的内涵和功能。因此,教师必须不断加强自身修养,促进和谐人格的形成与完善,以发挥其德育功能与作用。
英文摘要 Teachers inherit, create, and pass on mankind’s civilization, and play a very important role in students’ development. Teachers influence students by their own personality, and the level of their personality determines the positive effects on students’ development. Teachers’ group personality has special connotation and moral education functions, and fresh connotation and functions are added to along with the evolution of society. Therefore, teachers should foster self─cultivation to promote the formation and improvement of harmonious personality to bring its moral education functions into full play.
