| 英文摘要 |
University academic productivity is a collective concept. It is determined by university scholars’ productivity and knowledge productivity in terms of key elements. Furthermore, it falls into three parts from the perspective of process, including academic activity productivity, academic system productivity and academic culture productivity. Finally, in terms of outcome, university academic productivity results directly from teaching productivity, research productivity and service productivity. The above eight dimensions of “productivity” in three groups are all key factors Influencing university academic development, therefore, they should be analyzed systematically and treated carefully.
