现代大学的学术文化与精神传统的形成经历了一个漫长的文化之旅，这一文化之旅本身又是一个制度化渐次展开的过程。制度不断地形塑文化，使之成为传统，继而又以其特定的方式来维系或者变革传统。理解制度与文化间的这种关系及其历史逻辑，有助于理性地反思当前中国的术文化建设和制度建构间的关系。

| 英文摘要 |
The academic culture and tradition in modern university have evolved through a long cultural journey, a gradual process of amplifying institutionalization. The institution is structuring “cultures”, resulting in “traditions”, and at the same time, is conserving or transforming them. To understand this relationship and historical logic is important for us to reflect on the subtle dynamic mechanism between academic culture and academic governance.
