英文摘要 Professional growth of teachers needs a process. Through reading from the text, teaching becomes growing point of teachers individual profession qualities, which is based on the teachers’ solid teaching basic skills and a positive drive. With the depth of teaching, teachers or presided over the issues involved in research, will be a key element of professional growth. This means that teachers go from the unconscious to the theory of teaching practice under the guidance of the teaching and research. Among all kinds of assessments and evaluation service, many teachers build higher platform for their own professional growth through pursuing continuing education, study section. On this platform, teachers can continue to construct the theoretical framework adopted to improve the ability to control the education and teaching, and strive to be on the basis of innovation, a breakthrough in order to become a high-level educator.
