教师专业成长，需要一个过程。从文本研读入手，教学就成为教师个人专业素质的生长点，这一步，需要教师扎实的日常教学基本功和积极明确的内驱力作为基础。随着教学的深入，教师参与或者主持课题研究，将成为专业成长的关键一环。它意味着教师从无意识的教学实践走向理论指导下的教学研究。在职评和各种考评中，很多教师不断进修、考研，从而为自己的专业成长搭建了一个更高的平台。在这个平台上，教师可以通过不断建构理论框架，提高驾驭教育教学的能力，并力求在此基础上有所创新、有所突破，从而成为一名高水平的教育工作者。

| 英文摘要 |
Professional growth of teachers needs a process. Through reading from the text, teaching becomes growing point of teachers individual profession qualities, which is based on the teachers’ solid teaching basic skills and a positive drive. With the depth of teaching, teachers or presided over the issues involved in research, will be a key element of professional growth. This means that teachers go from the unconscious to the theory of teaching practice under the guidance of the teaching and research. Among all kinds of assessments and evaluation service, many teachers build higher platform for their own professional growth through pursuing continuing education, study section. On this platform, teachers can continue to construct the theoretical framework adopted to improve the ability to control the education and teaching, and strive to be on the basis of innovation, a breakthrough in order to become a high-level educator.
