高等教育改革的焦点在于体制，而办学与投资体制无疑是关键。本文认为，混合化是我国乃至全球高等教育体制变革的基本走势。中国高等教育体制经历了自20世纪80年代以来的深刻变革，已初歩具备混合化的特征。但面对市场经济体制改革的深化，我国高等教育体制变革混合化之路仍然任重而道远。

| 英文摘要 |
Critical to the reform of higher education is the reform of education financing and operating mechanisms for universities and colleges. Fundamental change has taken place towards the Chinese higher education since the 1980s and a hybrid model of development has emerged. However, there is a long way to go for the higher education reform of this hybrid model with the development of market—oriented economic reform in China.
