French people have contributed much to the idea of lifelong education and now they are making efforts to put the idea into practice. French lifelong education is based on formal educational institutions, advocates the participation of individuals, corporations and local governments. It has established a fairly complete legal protection system. Its capacity-building authentication system, in particular, is conducive to achieve the goal of lifelong education and learning society.
