高校思想政治教育从促进学生全面发展、满足社会需要及课求自身质量的提升等要求出发，需要重视与研究如下三个问题：在实践推进的同时必须加强经验总结和理论抽象；在理论研究中必须注意不断拓展理论视野和丰富研究课题，克服低水平重复的研究态势，在素质内容研究中加强有关素质功能的研究，要看到素质培养的兼容性与有条件性。

| 英文摘要 |
Three issues concerning ideological & political education in higher educational institutions should be studies with emphasis in order to promote students’ all─round development, to meet the need of the society, and t realize students’ quality improvement. They are：reinforcing experience summation and theory formation throughout the practical process；widening theoretical scopes and enriching research topics, avoiding unnecessary repeat in low─level research；strengthening research on the functions of students’ quality within the quality content research. Awareness should be brought to the compatibility and conditionality of quality education.
