In recent years, the issue of teacher leadership turns out to be one of the focuses in the field of school leadership research in America and Canada. Although there still lacks clearly defined and agreed concepts of teacher leadership, great attention has been paid to the factors affecting teacher leadership and its significance in school management practice.
