中文摘要 “教师教育”的政策和制度逐渐替代旧式”师范教育”,从本质上说,体现了教育专业化的革新进程。本文探讨我国教师教育制度创新的基本论题与课题,旨在阐述教师教育制度创新的关键在于明确规定教师的专业标准 ─ 教师教育课程标准,而重塑教师形象转变教育观念,则是教师教育制度创新的前提。
英文摘要 The paper probes into the basic issues and research of innovating teacher education system in our country. The policy and institution of teacher education gradually replaces the old model of normal education. Essentially speaking, it shows the process of professionalisation. The paper indicates that the key of innovating teacher education institution is to prescribe teacher’s professional standard, viz. curriculum standard of teacher education and to rebuild teacher’s image and transform educational idea as the precondition of innovating teacher education institution.
