全球化浪潮是怎么影响第三级教育的组织、管理、科研以及教学质量的呢？全球化既可以被理解为一个”贪婪的资本主义的蓄谋”，也就是一个为组建”有效的世界”的有意义行为，同样也可以将它理解为一个中立的架构，作为分析全球化对文化、经济和技术影响的一个参考。在提出”中国是否面临同样的问题？”这一疑问时，我们是基于一个西方参考框架来分析大学发展的。

| 英文摘要 |
How the globalization trend affects the organization, management, research and teaching quality in the tertiary education? Globalization can be understood as “a greedy capitalistic premeditation”, or a conscious behavior to organize “an effective world”, also can be understood as a adiaphorous structure as one of the references to analyze the effect of the globalization to the culture, economy and technology. We are in a western reference structure to analyze the university development when we present the doubt about “whether China is facing the similar problem”.
