中文摘要 管理人员和教师是大学组织中的两个重要阶层,这两个阶层之间的关系问题,是大学管理活动中十分重要也是必须面对的问题。美国学者罗伯特˙伯恩鲍姆把高等学校抽象维四种基本的组织运行模式:学会组织模式,官僚组织模式,政党组织模式,无政府组织模式。
英文摘要 There are two important groups in colleges and universities, administrators and faculties, thus to any college and university management activity the relationship of them is extremely significant and it must be faced seriously. Robert Birnbaum, an American scholar summarizes the colleges and universities into four basic organizational running modes: Academy mode, bureaucracy mode, party mode, and anarchy mode. Through analyzing the four modes the author finds that corresponding to these modes there exist four different relationships between administrator and faculty, and they are equality and harmoniousness, disperse and estrangement, opposition and dialogue, liberty and independence respectively.
