本文比较详细地探讨了我国转型期中央与地方高教权力博奕的六种方式及其主要特征。本文认为，转型期不同阶段我国中央与地方高教权力博奕的方式呈现不同的特征，具体是，在1978─1984年阶段以隐性权力博奕为主，1985─1992年阶段以灰色权力博奕为主，1993─1997年阶段以主动型权力博奕为主，而1998年以后则以混合型权力博奕为主，但显性权力博奕在我国高教领域出现的条件尚未成熟。

| 英文摘要 |
Thesis probed the particularities of six manners and their main features of power game between central and local government on Chinese higher education during the transforming stage（since 1978）. It concluded that there were many characteristics presented on the power game manners of higher education between central and local governments in the different phases of transforming state, i.e., the concealed power game in the first phase（1978─1984）, the gray color power game in the second phase（1993─1997）and mixture power game in the fourth phase（since 1998）, respectively, but the conditions for the apparent power game are still premature.
