Based on a theoretical discussion of the learning-enterprise, and a case study of the cooperation between School of Continuing Education, Tsinghua University and Xinxing Pipes Ltd. Co. for build a learning enterprise, this study analyse the resource-mobilising and intellectual role of the university in building the learning enterprise.
