Charter school is one of the important innovation styles in school restructuring movement. The core elements of charter school are the use of market mechanism and privatization mechanism to restructure the public education system. Charter school has been developing fast since 1992. It has its own features in funding, scale, classification, legislation, etc. The school running mechanism for charter school is especially unique.
