在全球化与信息化时代，绿字化校园是信息技术推动大学变革的重要表现形式。然而，尽管信息技术拥有促使高等教育转型的潜力，但要想使之变为现实，则渉及多种复杂因素。本文从信息技术与大学的学术文化，知识型组织以及信息技术应用模式之间的复杂关系入手，多方面分析了数字化校园对大学发展的意义以及可能影响数字化校园建设与应用的诸种因素。作者认为，学术文化、组织管理模式和应用方式等因素共同决定着数字化校园之成效。最后，文章还提出了若干数 字化校园建设的原则。

| 英文摘要 |
In the era of globalization and informatization, digital campus is an important form of ICTs that pushes universities forward. However, information is not the critical factor that makes digital campus coming into reality. This paper mainly discusses the complicated relationship among digital campus, academic culture, knowledge organization and model of IT use, and analyses some factors that probably influence the construction of digital campus. The author points out that academic culture, organization administration and application model jointly determine the effect of digital campus. In the end, the paper also puts forward some suggestions about the digital campus strategy.
