现阶段，我国教育体制改革仍然停留在单中心体制下的公、私选择层面上，难以克服政府或市场的内在缺陷，制约了我国教育事业的进一步发展。促进教育发展需要我们积极引入多中心理念，创建一个多中心的教育体制，按照渐进、分类以及弹性的改革原则，实行协同治理。

The present reform of education system of China still attaches importance to public or private educational alternatives. So it is hard to overcome the internal shortcomings of government or market, which holds back education development in China. It is urgent for us to follow the reformation principles of gradual-advance, classification and elasticity to carry out “many-centers education system” and to govern coordinately.
