我国研究型大学经过十多年的建设已经取得了一定的成就，要实现新的跨越，就必须加强组织文化建设。在复杂的社会背景与生存环境下，研究型大学的组织文化存在的冲突现象已经在某种程皮上影响了大学的进一歩发展。文章从研究型大学的内涵发展入手，分析了研究型大学组织文化冲突现象，并进一歩思考如何既坚持本质主义的大学文化个性，又积极接纳多元价值文化，进而促进研究型大学的内涵发展。

| 英文摘要 |
China has made a lot of achievement in construction and development of research universities. As organizational culture conflicts have affected the essential development of research universities, we must accelerate to cultivate organizational cultures. This paper introduces essential development and analyzes some phenomena of organizational culture conflicts so as to offer some useful suggestions to solve the issues.
