Talents─cultivating is the eternal mission of higher educational institutions. We consider the ideological quality as the cardinal element of all─around development. In order to enhance the ideological quality should persist in people─oriented, systematically pushing forward and abiding by the educational rules. We should also try our best to establish a scientific mechanism, construct a nice environment of talents─cultivating and train up a working team with strong responsibility and competence.
