牛津大学经一年酝酿讨论，近期公布了未来五年的整体规划。该规划针对牛津目前因资金和体制问题导致其世界地位受到挑战的情况，制定了学术和辅助两类共十项策略。该规划在理念和策略等方面值得我国高校借鉴，而大学治理的问题仍有待解决。

| 英文摘要 |
After one year’s deliberation and discussion, Oxford University publicized its Corporate Plan for the next five years. Aiming toward financial and institutional issues and Oxford’s position challenge accordingly, the Plan brings forward ten strategies, five academic and five supporting. The strategies and values behind are worth studying by Chinese HEIs. However, the governance problem is still left unsolved by the Plan.
