This paper illustrates the progress and trends of quality accreditation in the multinational education service trade, by introducing the related work in UNESCO/ OECD, discussing the rapid development of government─controlled trade and the speed─up cooperation between the international education institutions, as well as expounding the international accreditation standards for the credit exchange accreditation, professional qualification accreditation, employment qualification accreditation, accreditation organization, multilateral accreditation, review for the joint education program, accreditation for the private institutions and the long─distance education.
