The judicial supervision of punishment power of the public schools in U.S. is an important part of the educational legislation. From the perspective of the constitutional protection of the Basic-Right, the paper tries to examine the concepts and contents of judicial supervision of punishment power and clarify the questions in the law principles including the characteristics, the objects and the standards of the judicial supervision of punishment power.
