本文以大学生就业研究现状为起点，深入北京与香港两座国际化都市人才市场，从上千个高层次专业工作岗位在专业领域、教育层次、用人机构类型、工作语言、工作年限、工作兴趣与态度、能力、性格、思维等方面的人才需求指针上，分析社会对人才综合素质需求的特征，并从心理学非智力因素理论、人才学的专业与非专业能力测评、社会学的文化资本与社会资本以及教育学的通识教育与专业教育关系等视角进行了分析与论证。

| 英文摘要 |
Based on globalization trend and current research on university student employment, this paper explores the requirements of talents by the labor market in Beijing and Hong Kong. The requirements include specialty, educational levels, working languages, working experiences, career attitudes, capabilities, personality and character, and way of thinking. The paper points out some comprehensive qualities of talents demanded by the labor market in the times of globalization. Finally, the author gives a deep analysis of the market demands by way of different theories of psychology, sociology, and higher education.
