In recent years, the South Korean government and universities have been working together to develop international students’ education so as to carry South Korea among the top countries in international education. The South Korean government’s efforts have made amazing achievements, but it also faces a lot of difficulties to overcome. In particular, how to promote higher education exchanges with China will be a major issue.
