The construction of learning society is necessary for the development of knowledge-based economy. In order to establish a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of learning society, the concepts such as “human”, “learning ability” need to be reinterpreted; ideas like “human is a learning animal”, “learning is a process of self-fulfillment and self-realization”, “learning ability is a sort of ability for human to realize self-development and self-realization” need to be established.
