| 英文摘要 |
Now, professional secondary-grade school is the main body of the organizational form of secondary-grade school in the university of China. It can be divided into entity school and dummy school due to the different way of setting in different university. This article, taking the entity professional secondary-grade school as the researching object, expatiates the basic characters of the managing mode of the professionally secondary-grade school: the quality of main body and administrative level, and further discusses the connotation about the ideal organizational form of management mode of professional secondary-grade school: the dean takes charge roundly, the professors lead the academic authority, the whole take part in management actively.
