本文以高等教育成本分担与补偿理论为基础，试述了国际比较通行的高等教育资助方式。在我国高等教育全面实施上学缴费制度后，贷款在学生缴纳学费和杂费中发挥的作用越来越大，奖学金等其它方式处于一种辅助的作用，如何在资助体系中协助好贷款与其它资助方式的关系，发挥它们的合理有效作用，就成为我国高等教育资助体系所面临的挑战。借鉴国外资助制度的经验，作者对我国资助方式的合理化选择提出建议。

| 英文摘要 |
Based on the theory of cost and compensation of higher education, the essay discusses the current means of financial aid globally and illustrate the advantage and disadvantage of these approaches. On the experience of other countries, the author gives some suggestions on our country’s financial aid system.
