英文摘要 |
The problems of the university compensation management for young teachers mainly appear to be insufficient equity for inners, lacks of competition for outers, as well as inadequate encouragement for individuals. This paper tries to analyses these problems and puts forward some useful suggestions, such as raising the proportion of performance pay in the whole salary, establishing a scientific evaluation system, introducing broadband compensation system, combining direct salary with indirect salary, carrying out the lowest annual salary system and etc.
