This paper tries to illuminate and analyze the general situation of Taiwan universities from the aspects of teaching contents, didactics, methods to ensure educational quality, student management, the internal reforms of administration system, and campus culture as well. The experiences of Taiwan higher education endeavor to give suggestions to us.
