| 英文摘要 |
American government and the relevant educational institutions have set out a wide range of educational policies and activities strategically to keep abreast of the times over the last century. They put a great emphasis on the improvement of the universalization rate of secondary school education as well as its quality. We can say that what American high school education pursues is the improvement of the all-around quality with academic capacity as its core, and it adopts a route of connotation development and quality-concerned univeraliztion.
