| 英文摘要 |
American congress passed the college Cost Reduction and Access Act on September the 7th, 2007.The passage of this act reflected the reality of the increases of college cost and students and their families economic burden, as well as the recent student loan scandal and political factor. The act increased the maximum amount of Pell grant, reduced the interest rate of subsidized federal student loan, created income-based repayment program and student loan forgiveness program for public service employees, etc. These innovative measures will be meaningful to our country's ongoing establishment of student aid system.
